my 95 blazer has a strange problem. with the hazard button in the off or raised position my turn signal and brake lights dont work except for the chms led strip which does. with the button depressed...

Ok. water is entering from a flap under the dash passenger side. fresh air? cant tell what it is and cant get to it easily. the water runs down the firewall and into the floorwell
