hey i got the spectre also and had issues with the heat sheild also, what i found that worked is instead of putting it on top of that rubber bushing they give you i put it under and i found it lined...

thanks guys, i think ill wait for something else...not always easy finding stuff here with decent shipping though since im in canada :p and my speed shop only found ones for jeeps not blazers
