ok I messed up. Should I take each lower intake bolt out one at a time put med thread lock on and re torque it? The blazer is 250 miles away and he needs it to get to work

I did the job before I read all the replys. I didn't put thread lock on the lower intake bolts. Is this going to be a problem? All so I still smell antifreeze when we started it up, is this normall?...
