not sure on the actual pressures, but the pump was just replaced about 6 months ago. Also, if I turn the key on and off about six times(to build up pressure)I still have the same problem.

oh, this started happening the other day after I stalled while I was in 4WD backing out of a parking spot. I stalled and couldn't start with the key, only the remote start.
