I have tested it by power braking it on the pavement and by getting stuck on wet grass, lol. I have the power of 4lo but dont have the front tire movement

When i put my 97 blazer into four wheel drive you would think it was ok, it has the power and the lights and everything comes on correctly, but when i go to test it out the front tires will not...

My hood cable is completely broken and i think my water pump just went out. Can any tell me how to get my hood open, no cable at all. Please help, im to broke to take to the dealer and not enough...
