Problems with my 95 blazer, please help.

Ok so a few weeks ago I finally got the rear 2 inch shackles for my blazer, and I threw them on and put on some 31-10.50-15 bfgoodrich, the same day I put on the lift I got to my girlfriends house...

I just changed the blower motor resistor and still nothin, I checked the purple and black cable that come from the AC blower and both are at almost 14 volts, I dont think they are suppost to have...
