01 Blazer 2dr, 2wd, 5 speed. 80% city, shifting around 2000-2500rpm and a few high revs around traffic. Synthetic oil, Gibson exhaust, 235/70r15 half tread, everything else is stock to my knowledge....

I hope this doesn't sound stupid. But maybe the temp sensor for the intake? If it's telling the pcm that the incoming air is WAY COLD, it's going to run WAY RICH. Kudos on the swap.

No problem after I cut a 6x6 square near the fuel...

No problem after I cut a 6x6 square near the fuel pump between the crossmember. Jumped it, but the battery has almost ZERO juice though. Charged it up at Advanced Auto to 400, letting them charge it...

Lining em up isn't my problem. The middle line just will not go on. So.......got myself a jigsaw, about to go buy some new drill bits. Not dealing with this **** again. What did you lube the ends...
