Loose driver door

Loose driver door, probably the hinge pins. Any help on how to change them? Does the door have to come completely off?

When my temp gage reached 210 I would get no heat. It would go to about 240. If I reved it a couple of times it would go back to 180. So I had it flushed and everything was fine fo a couple of weeks....

I'm getting a grinding noise as I drive. Turn the steering wheel makes it go until it's back to straight. Any ideas?
