It drops all the the way down to 9 and then the headunit shuts off. I am running 2 500 watt amps, 1 to each sub if it matters. Stupid most likely but it was cheaper.

I'll check the wiring I know...

I am getting large voltage drops when the bass hits (headunit actually turns off and back on) I am running 2 alpine type Rs at 1000 watts RMS.
