It is when i drive it, the tempture gets up high like 240. also, it seems like I am going though a lot of antifreeze. Sorry for being vague.

clarification

Ok, so, on the top is the air filter, in the back below that is the valve. well, there are hard aluminum tubes that run back there too that obstructs the ability to mount the valve back in there.

Well i got it out. it is 3/8. But how do i get it back in? I have some hard wires that run on the drivers side and the space on the passengers is tiny. Any tricks for that?

Is there a way to take the actually metal door off, i got the handle and the foam off. but i didnt see a way to do that. So i can get to the regulator and motor better.
