Is this Humming noise more like a hissing noise?...

Is this Humming noise more like a hissing noise? if so sound like the brake booster is leaking I just had same issue with my 96 only time I heard the hissing was when stepping on brake pedal.

Thanks guys that help explain it I did not see the inch instead of FT lbs. now if only the front pump bushing in transmission was that easy.

Transmission Front seal leaking?

Ok I have a 1996 Blazer and the front seal on trans started leaking lost two quarts in about 15 miles getting it home any how from what I read here It is most likely the pump bushing is walking out....
