Can anyone tell me what I need to do to clean the EGR valve in my truck? I haven't messed with it yet. Kinda just wondering if I should clean it or put a new one on.

Yeah California. As far as I know engine swaps are fine, just can't put a carbureted engine in a vehicle that didnt come with one.

pretty much all i know is that it is still throttle body injection like the original 350 and it has vortec heads. i probably should of got more info on it when i bought it, but i needed a vehicle...

Thank you. If the problem happens again after I tighten it I will be posting again. It doesnt happen every time I start the truck. So it might be a while to find out. I try not to drive too much
