I`m thinking about $4000...i was also thinking about a crate 4.3 with an aftermarket cam, intake, heads and headers...lol but i think it would be just as easy to go with a 5.3l and cheaper...

I`m thinking about doing an engine build for my 2000 blazer 4 door...i was looking for some feedback...should i got with a new crate 4.3 or a 5.3.

I bet your right...i haven`t tried it.....but I`ll see when i tear down the old trans..I`ll keep it posted and let ya know...is this a popular problem with these trannys?

I put my truck in REV to back up and it "**** to bed"...its sounded like a snap, crackle,pop. and CRUNCH...so REV is gone and 1st sounds like REV at 60mph ....the rest work...lol I`m not sure if...
