direct bolt in engines?

are there any motors that are a direct bolt in that are better than a 4.3L? and if so how much for the complete swap and the time?

i have dont this before with a mitsubishi and i took a blow dryer and fishing line, then use rubbing alcohol and rub off any dirt or tackyness left over.
