coolant temp sensor was on the fritz and my apologies the 1 and 2 cylinder misfire not 1 and 3 . the plugs were defective its fixed now and running like a champ. thanks for your input

i didnt test them its just the air that comes out of muffler is so hot that it makes everthing in the back to hot to touch. i just dont think theres a restriction and how would a manifold even get...

well i spoke to soon :icon_shrug: replacing the cat made it run better but theres still the glowing on (both) sides but yes one does appear to glow more than the other it has a exhaust leak on one...

it did not have any kind of exhaust leak the exhaust leak from the glowing red and the heat caused the exhaust leak. everythings fine with the o2 sensors no rich or lean codes it just passed emmisons...

i have an 02 blazer zr2 75000 miles and i just did a tune up on it. when i did that i took the dust sheild or whatever that is off to reach the plugs and i didnt put it back on because it was dry...
