id think the easiest way would be one side at a time. remove all the body mount bolts on one side and jack the body up off the frame enough to slide the old ones out and put the new ones in.

the problem with a t56 swap is the shifter location... i'm not sure it will work for a truck. same with the t-5... did the t-5 ever come in an s-series truck?

yes the wheel has to come off. there is also a lock plate under the steering wheel that needs to be removed. it is under spring pressure and can be removed by hand but there is a tool to do it that...

oil pressure fluctuation is common.
when the oil is cold it doesnt flow as easily, thats why the pressure is so high when the engine is cold.
when the engine is at idle the oil pump is not...

ive used Bars Leak at least 2 or 3 times and it worked great (compression leak/headgasket).
i'm not sure how well it will work with cold water from a hose as opposed to warm water running through...

i'd say try tightening the rocker nut and see if there is an improvement before deciding on a stuck lifter. rocker nuts backing off a little are far more common IMHO.

a arm shaft would be the bar that bolts to the frame and runs through the bushings on the upper... is it bent or something, thats the only reason i can think of that it would need to be replaced......

the best mod you can do is put a better flowing exhaust on.
generally speaking, motors breathe better than they exhale. you should feel more gains from headers than from an intake.
