Ok thanks man I found it, It plugs into something that's above the fender underneath that bracket on the right side of the picture. Wow that was hidden good.

I have this small hose under my hood (top right corner) that is loose and sucks air in when the engine is on. I don't have any idea where it goes I tried looking and I'm lost if anyone has a 2002...

And yea that wire is comeing from some plastic tubeing, all of the lights work its only on the driver side headlight too...
