You could try to have a power flush in aradiator shop to get rid of the dexcool ,and chek if there's some kind of muddy stuff coming out. If so , change for regular green coolant,50/50 mix with water.

Ihad no heat about 4 years ago, bring the truck to the dealer,they flush the systeme,and 3 days after i had no heat again. Finally went to a rad shop,had a power flush,( i've seen that kind of mud...

Just information, in my case , city driving mainly on my 99 138000 km , 360-380 km in summer time.
for a tank of 64 to 66 liters.
That's about someting around 17 to 18 liters/100 km. I found it...

yes like swart and filtair said they are effectively welded on both side , body and door.
I have a 99, 2 dr and about 4 mounths ago i notice a clunk on bumpi road on the bottom side of my left door...
