sway bar bushing and brackets

1999 RWD Blazer frt passenger sway bar bushing bracket broke at blot flange, making a noise. Inspection found the bolt opposite the broken flange had backed out about an inch, which makes me think...

Thanks for replies...Razor, I am not a mechanic. I had the AC overhauled 2 yrs ago, I think with new compressor...Hook, yes. A thin line right above the belt. Does it mean less than new compressor?

AC blows 75 degree air...yesterday blew cold.

My '99 Blazer was crunched in the side by another car backing. Shop replaced door but window fell off track within weeks.

Return to body shop, dude there said "minor adjustment". Next week off...

AC clutch that drive compressor does not engage, so, no compressor action.
