4x4 not working 98 blazer

Hey guys I'm Alex now my 98 blazer 4x4 has stoped working so has my heat control from hot to cold is their any relations to this my heat still kind works and some times changes from up front to down...

okay so question is their another truck with the same if not more weight handling then the stock 98 blazer rear leafs like is their another truck out their like a 3/4 ton truck thats springs will fit...
