wat would cause p0740. P1860. P1810. P075.....its obviously something with the transmission or transfer case. any help?

my scan tool doesnt say all the trouble codes...the only one i got was P0740

I have a 1999 zr2..just got done with a motor change. stock 4.3...and check engine light came on after i already cleared the codes...They were Torque Converter Circuit Malfunction, Shift/Timing...
