Ok so i checked field voltage and it reads the same as at the battery. I also checked the wires that plug into the voltage regulator and i have continuity there. Am i headed in the right directioin...

You don"t get near as good a color match from...

You don"t get near as good a color match from omni as you will in deltron especially colors with a lot of metallic and pearl

Turned out it was the check valve in the fuel...

Turned out it was the check valve in the fuel pump fuel pump. Turned out i had two issues, the leaking pressure line under the plenum and the fuel pump. Got her running like a brand new one now....
