I guess its just fading paint then I guess. Now that I know its not bolted on ill probably just end up removing them. Thanks for your help

Hi, I have a 2002 4 door blazer 2wd and I have a question. The trim on the lower part of my blazer has rust on it. How do I go about removing it so I can clean it/paint it. Your help is greatly...
