It was a Dorman balancer, I have put a100 miles on the truck so far and all I can see is a slight wobble (left to right) no belt noise, no engine vibrations.

Proportioning valve maybe? I had an Oldsmobile that used to lock up the rear brakes after getting off the freeway. Ended up being the proportioning valve. I'm not sure how you would test it though???
