In my case I hope that's the issue. It appears that you can purchase a new cluster for about $500.00, which comes programed to your vin and Mileage.

Ill have to do that at some point, I've heard from a few people telling me that the clusters usually go out on Chevys. So its not really surprising that this is happening to me honestly.

I've owned it since 90K and I haven't ever replaced them. I also noticed that the pcv valve, pipe and boot rattle really bad.
How hard/expensive are o2 sensors? And this code just barley came up...
