Well I will give this my own update: We put it on a scanner, and found that the RPM gauge was wrong, showing 450 but actually it is (per scanner) shows 700RPMS. Awesome, so off to smog I went. Well...

Well lets see. We are getting ready for smog, so last night it was new cat, new brake boost, today was the AIC,pcv valve, this evening will be new plugs :) shes looking very good
