Thanks for the responses.

I'll check out the exhaust once I get it running again and I'll double check the cooling system. I just put in a new radiator and oil cooler lines.

Yeah looks like it was the pump. I'm hoping they're putting in an Ac Delco for $500. Other than that, they're going to do the Drivers Side Bearing, and the Ball Joints.

I fixed it a little while ago... I just took out the whole reservoir and got to the connector for the front washer pump, made sure the connection was good and then it worked.
