Really any door speakers will sound good if they are amped. Get some decent door speakers, possibly components and put them on a 2 or 4 channel amp.

Don't use bass boost if the amp has the setting. all it does is adds distortion.

yea thats the only way you will get it fixed. The body shops have lasers or something to line doors up and get them to close right. Definitely worth the money to pay and have a post put in.
