Could be a power steering hose, pump, steering box. They are all on that side as well as a p/s cooler mounted on the front of the rad support.

I would stay away fronm the Dorman o/c lines. I had them on mine didn't even last a year. It's better to pay the extra and go with OE

Sounds familiar, something similar happened to me a few months ago. I changed the switch on the dash and it fixed my problem. However these have also been known to have problems with the 4wd computer...
