quick abs question

hey guys, i've got a 98 blazer.
i had the wheel bearing done and they lost the little metal shim that goes between the sensor and hub.

i bought a new sensor but it didn't come with the shim....

well guys, i finally got it apart today. once i got the wheel off the problem was super obvious. the spindle nut broke! it clean broke right in half, never seen anything like it before. half the nut...

just to be clearer, i can feel it when turning right, and it hums when turning left.

i can feel it in the floor though. and the humming is definitly coming from the left front.

alright, i was doing my ball joints and was taking it all apart and while i was pulling the half shaft out. (undid the nut, tapped it out. pulled the knuckle off and what not) the thing inside the cv...
