check fuel pressure...it should be OK cuz you...

check fuel pressure...it should be OK cuz you changed the pump.
Check the cap and rotor, maybe clean them and re-assemble.
Pull a plug to check it out, maybe even toss new plugs at it for the 15...

edit: does the engine do this in both park and drive and reverse?...are you sure it's not a slipping transmission?

I don't think the pigtail will be there for the fog lights in the bumper...also keep in mind that if you get a switch with a fog light button, that button will not work unless you get the bcm...
