Led tail lamp upgrade help

Hey y’all I’ve upgraded my reverse lights and my brake lights. Now both turn signals are hyper flashing but the hazard are not.
how can I fix it? Do I need pair of led relays?

Truck runs fine but it does have codes p0404 and p0420 but it is driveable. I have to get the dash working so I can it it Inspected so I can get my sticker and fix those codes
