98 Blazer working fine, parked it last night and this morning won't start. Sprayed starting fluid down throttle body and it fires right up. Swapped relays, tried prime terminal and still won't start....

Cruising down the interstate at75mph and all of a sudden the engine starts racing, but the car is slowing down!!! Quickly, find out that I can maintain 40 mph, but tach is showing about 3000 rpms.
