Question Windshield Wiper Problem

Ok Heres my problem every time i switch the ignition on my wipers turn on anyone know how to remedy this short. or is it in the dash aka column?

this is easy leave it running with the rear door...

this is easy leave it running with the rear door skin off and take a flashlight and check to see the solenoid is moving if it is replace solenoid with another. and for wiring check 12volt.com

none of the above use a kit from a 1999 tahoe or above and cut behind the deck slot on dash for it to fit otherwise it wont fit believe me i have a 1997 gmc jimmy

can u get the gate open if so take the screws out...

can u get the gate open if so take the screws out of the inside panel then take the plastic off to access the locks and latches take them out and clean the carp out of them use white lithium grease...
