i ordered the rear shackles and i read up on the t bar crank but i also saw the torsion bar keys that you could buy as well .. my question is could you put those keys iin then do the crank to level...

just go buy the new plug and wire it up. i would suggest wiring it behind the hitch that way you wont have to do this again
