mine was doing the same thing...i also changed plugs, wires, icm. still had the problem. took the MAF apart and cleaned it, and it worked fine again..

if your front diff doesnt fully lock, the light will blink. i put a pull cable to engage my front diff., and i gotta make sure to pull it far enough so the light stops blinking then lock the cable....

1st time i get it really dirty, im totally impressed with it, and i never got stuck. i even got mud on the inside.

i had the same problem with mine... i put it on jackstands all around and hand squeezed the actuator and it popped in 4x4. turns out the diff. cable was kinda hard so i decided to go with al locking...

plugging the vacuum line is to keep out the dirt i guess... it didnt effect the way the 4x4 worked when i didnt have it plugged. also, the cable going to the actuator is coming from the front...

use a pull cable setup to engage your front differential, you wont have to worry about the actuator and any vacuum at all. this setup bypasses all that junk..... MAKE IT SIMPLE
