Sluggish acceleration

my 95 blazer is very sluggish and the acceleration sucks, more so when i go up hills and around corners, its a 4.3l v6 vortec. does anybody have any thoughts or suggestions on the cause of this? ...

i know this is bad but it was all i could think of. i couldnt get the pipe out of the way or remove the exhaust, so what i did was cut thae part of the pipe that was running right underneath the pan...

i had the same problem on my 95 and all i did was buy a switch from radio shack and wired it up and it has worked ever since, when i checked to see if i was getting power to the switch i wasnt so i...
