You need to replace the receiver/dryer, then put it on a vacuum and see if it holds, and then continue to vacuum the system for another half hour. Then recharge the system.

The ECM i have out of a 93 cpi 4.3 4x4 has a serv.no. 16168625 BBNX. It is on a two piece sticker that also has the #16179601 BBNX. Hope that helps.

If they are both throttle body like my 91's are they are a vin Z. If they are both cpi like my 94's are they are vin W. So in theory if they have the same vin code it should work.

Both of my 94's have 4l60e transmissions in them. 1 is 2wd 1 is 4wd, neither is tbi. I have yet to see a 94 model tbi. I'am not saying they didn't make them, just haven't run across one yet.

I'm guessing that the 92 is a 4.3 not a 4.6. The 94 should have a 4l60e trans, the 92 should have a 700r4 trans. The 94 is an electronic shifted trans, the 92 is a cable operated trans. Can it be...

Intake gasket's are leaking anti-freeze into the oil. Don't wait too long to fix them or it will wash all the oil of crankshaft and spin the bearings. Been there done that.
