the nut kit refers to the two internal fuel lines that sit next to the spider. If you do a search on this site you can get more info. i just replaced mine about a month a go. good luck.

i had the same problem with my 95 blazer. It turned out to be the vac line at the back of the upper manifold was unplugged. It was a easy fix for once.

ended up just taking it to the mechanic and paying the $50 for the repair. Didn't have the time to try and fix it. Plus, it is just way to hot down here to sit out in the heat and attempt a fix.

i found where the vac line plugged into. the back top left of the engine. it just took awhile seeing that im not that mechanically inclined. also the diagram by 65longroof was helpful.
