as soon as i clear the codes it pops right back up. so it not the gas cap , i think maybe i should check the vacuum line(s) from the tank....?

hey i've got a ? about this install. first off its a 99 blazer 4x4,what is the size of the bolt that sits right above the crossmember? i know its bigger than 11/4" and i just dont what to buy a bunch...
