Fuel pump? That's what happened with my '93. I didn't get any pop noise though.

Well I just went out to go somewhere and started up the blazer, started fine and then died real quick. Tried to start it up again but the engine just kept turning over. I've had some problems...

That's the same problem I had with my 93 blazer and it was the EGR valve. I don't know where it is though because I didn't do it myself.

I'm not sure what kind of fuel injection system I have. All I really know is that is says Vortec on the engine if that helps any..
