2000 4.3L problems at ~2000-2500 rpm when cold

So I've been trying to fix this issue for about 2 weeks now, and I can't seem to find the solution

The problem: Every morning starts and idles just fine. Hesitation problems around 2000-2500 rpm...

If its anything like my 2000 blazer you have a vacuum problem.

When you push the 4wd button it flips a switch which allows the vacuum to pull on a vacuum pod, which engages the front wheel axle....

It could be just the sea-foam. When I changed my intake I did the sea-foam flush immediately after as well. Im not sure if it could cause it, but after changing my oil to get the seafoam out...
