It's definitely the ignition swtich. That's what sends power to your dash lights and your fuel pump. I have this same problem. It was very intermittent. Eventually the ignition switch quit...

i agree with the brake issue, if perhaps your rotors are warped, or they are sticking it might pull you around a bit. Check the E-brake too.

Sounds like a fuel problem IMHO, but I'm not a mechanic. Seems like you're either getting too much fuel in the motor, or not enough. causing it to misfire and possibly detonate. Maybe run a fuel...

Your engine stalled because you got water in the distributor...they don't play nice when that happesn. Had that happen a lot when I was younger driving thru mud holes on our farm.

They aren't that cheap at 114 bucks...I have to do the same thing to mine. Mine went bad the day I changed the spark...

5 yrs/150,000 miles ONLY if DexCool is used in the system! That does not negate the need for you to maintain your coolant system i.e. check levels, top it off, flush if necessary.

In my experience with GM windows, they are normally riveted in. The motors cost between 100-200 dollars depending on where you get them. To change it, you need to remove the glass, take the old one...

From what I was told by the hydraulic shop, they won't be able to put the fittings on the filter end of the hard lines because of the bend so close to the end, the fitting slides over them too far...

yes, most dexcool problems are due to lack of maintenance, but you open lines, you put air in the system, and dexcool is corrosive in itself. That's all I'm saying. Even the manuals all say not to...

In the military, we have "Auto hobby shop" in other words, a place to rent a stall, and free use of tools for all. :) Easy way to go instead of forkin over a few grand for tools. Spend 8 bucks...
