Well I think you somewhat stumbled on 2 the main cause of your problem.. Your problem with the engine is that it is not reciving any fuel when it cuts out, Thats why it will start when...

Hi and thanks for the reply,

Well I pulled out the IAC and cleaned the plunger along with the housing for it inside the TB, checked its operations and seems 2 be working great..Idle...
