So i should hook up a scan tool(that i dont have) and monitor the RPM's like im driving. And then deassemble the front gauge's Pop off the needle and put it where it should be?

Any other ways...

When im idling, it goes to zero.

oh and it says less than 1500

So i know something isnt right. and thats me doing like 85 down the freeway.

What could be causing it? I mean i know it works, but it seems likes its a notch down, or...

Yeah. Some other guy told me the U Joints. I saw them for really cheap at my local auto store. I think ill see if i can get my cousin to do it for me.

There's two U joints right? Front and back?

It came with it. you can tell theres a piece missing. Previous owner had a fender bender i guess, new bumper never bought the impact striping....
