Spark and Gas but no Fire?? please help..

cranks and has good spark and gas but wont fire.
I have changed the plugs,cap, rotor and wires and have a bright blue spark jumping out to ground. I have fuel up to the throttle...

It wont move at all on its own. I can get it to move about a 1/2" if i pull on it with chanel locks but its very very hard to move fells like its stuck inside the front diff?

So my 2000 blazers 4x4 stoped working so i started checking it out and what i found is that the vacume actuator is not strong enough to pull the pin in to make it lock in. I pulled it in with chanel...
