Do you hear the fuel pump turn on?
What kind of fuel pressure do you have?
Try swapping out the fuel pump relay?
Is the fuel filter installed correctly or restricted upstream from fitting?

It definitely sounds like a fuel delivery issue. When you say wiring harness do you mean the after market harness that you splice into the factory harness? Maybe you should start there for loose...

Try cleaning the throttle plate, if it is gunked...

Try cleaning the throttle plate, if it is gunked up it will suffocate the air intake and give you poor throttle response.
