Have you checked for spark? Remove a plug wire from the spark plug and hold it to the block and have somebody crank the engine. See if there is spark.
What about fuel to the tbi? ahve you looked...

An easy fix for this is to install an ignition...

An easy fix for this is to install an ignition interupt switch(kill switch).
Turn it off while cranking then switch on while cranking. It will cure the slugish start from to much timing.
