Wipers have a mind of their own

I have a 1995 Chevy Blazer. When I use my wipers, they do some weird stuff. For one, they will randomly stop in middle of the windshield. Also, they will do different speeds then what is selected....

I'm starting to think it's a timing problem.....

I'm starting to think it's a timing problem.. that means I have to time it while it doesn't run, anyone know how to do this?

nevermind i located the IAC vaue. Ill clean it...

the TB valve is located in the throttle box...

Hello, I have a 96 Chevy Blazer, 4.3L V6. Sometimes after start-up it will rev up to 2500 rpms. Recently, it has shut-off after this if you don't put it into gear right away. Any ideas?
