don't touch the brake

i have a pro start system so i hold don the under hood pin for 4 sec, the push it once, the cycle the key and hold the unlock button.

if yours is stock, do the locks work...

FOB program nothing happens

1998 blazer with remote start, parked for winter with no battery.

When i try to program the FOB nothing happens after i hold down the lock/unlock.

i have read all the threads about this subject...

Fixed finally

The relay is mounted on the back side of a aluminum panel behind the dash hidden behind the after market alarm, checked it good.

So my initial thought with dropping voltage a cracked wire.

but nothing happens, bench tested my new actuator and i works on 12volts, the fuse is good and i replaced it anyways....

today i am going to change some engine fuse box relays as one post said the horn one...

got a copy of the owners manual and there is no lift gate relay or fuse in the engine compartment, might be a issue with eyeless entry so off to get new remote batteries

it quit working in the winter, i parked it since and have been fixing the front diff because a 30 cent thrust washer broke and damaged the mid shaft gear.

have 7 wires,what is the left, right,tail light color

stupid, they could have made that bracket a bolt on style since the front diff mid shaft gear and thrust washers are weak and the vacuum actuator can wear and hold the 4wd half...

i had to drill out the ball joints which took most of the time.

without a hoist it it challenging

the thrust washers in the middle shaft tube are a weak part and break...
